Well, last week on Tuesday we had some pretty GREAT news from the HRB! They liked our project and gave us the green light for moving forward. We were quite relieved to see the enthusiasm for the vision we came up with and we can’t wait to start.
Today I’ll have a meeting with our contact at Oregon City going over the timeline and requirements. We’ve already submitted to the planning department but have yet to have a full set of plans (building) drafted. We’re hoping to have those complete by early July. From there, we’re off to the races getting bids for various components of the project.
