On Monday I picked up the posting from the city that allows those passing by to know we intend to make changes. This opens us up to public comment. We are on the agenda for the May 23rd HRB meeting via zoom.
At the same time, we received a letter from public works who still has 2 outstanding requirements before signing off on the project. 1) the geotech consultant we used still had a little work to clarify and 2) we needed to submit a drainage plan for run off. We were able to take care of the that issue over the phone and a quick email.
We’re hoping for good things on the 23rd!
